Welcome to Philippe Bédard‘s personal website.

I am a postdoctoral fellow in McGill University’s English department. My current research focuses on the design of VR exhibits, specifically those that strive to foster empathy.

My areas of expertise include virtual reality, virtual production, film production techniques across film history, camera movement, cinematic space, GoPro cameras, screendance and phenomenology.
